Job Summary:


The primary purpose of the role is to drive sales of our pricing software applications in EMEA. You’ll be responsible for developing the sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, delivering commercial offers and managing the relationship. Partnering with ERP Providers (Microsoft, etc.), System Integrators other partners and our marketing teams to drive sales opportunities to closure and grow the business unit.


The role also involves representing Flintfox at industry association and pricing conferences across EMEA. You will be expected to deliver keynote presentations and engage with partners and prospects.


What you will do:


  • Achieve regional sales targets within expected time frames

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy, including appropriate market segmentation, and processes for the EMEA region

  • Create effective working relationships across Flintfox, in particular with the marketing team to drive awareness and leads, nurture prospects and close sales

  • Build and maintain product and solution knowledge to enable (i) the articulation of business benefits and (ii) the presentation of Flintfox products to customers in conjunction with the Pre-Sales Director

  • Develop and maintain networks and relationships with key sellers in ERP companies, especially Microsoft EMEA, and with key resellers /partners of the ERP companies, including other ISV partners

  • Build high levels of competence and knowledge, through structured personal development, that can be demonstrated. This may take the form of structured training and in the field coaching.

  • Update CRM accurately with all appropriate data, pipeline, opportunity, and revenue achievement on a daily basis to enable monthly pipeline management and reporting to Chief Customer Officer

  • Undertake additional tasks, responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as and when requested

Requirements:


  • At least 7-10 years proven Sales Leadership experience in enterprise software or technology with a demonstrated history of success in delivering sales targets

  • A deep understanding of ERP business processes and a thorough knowledge of how ISV software solutions support wider ERP functionality

  • Experience in prospecting and qualifying accounts with ERP, Supply Chain and/or CRM software solutions.

  • Experience in selling to the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Discrete Manufacturing industries

  • Experience presenting software solutions and driving a compelling business benefits message to customers

  • Experience presenting across a range of formal settings and audiences: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, senior and board level management

  • Experience working across both partner and direct sales channels

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bilingual English and German speaker

  • An understanding of the value proposition to create awareness and need within target accounts, industry verticals and existing relationships

  • Proven ability to think and work strategically, while also driving rapid execution including personally contributing to key deliverables.

  • An understanding of financial processes and terminology.

Preferred Experience:


Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
